Q: I am not an MHDCHC patient, can I get a prescription filled?

A: Only MHDCHC providers are allowed to send prescriptions to our pharmacy. If you are not a patient, and would like to become a patient, please call to make an appointment.

Q: Do you offer, HIV tests, Hepatitis A shots, Immunizations?

A: Yes, we do. Please call our office to make an appointment with your provider to discuss testing options.

Q: Do you offer transportation services?

A: Yes, we offer transportation services on a limited basis. For more information, please contact our Outreach Department at any of our locations.
